Divide the chicken legs into upper and lower legs and brush with oil. Sprinkle with a mixture of salt, paprika, pepper and rosemary needles.
Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 226°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes.
Peel and halve the potatoes and quarter the onions. Brush with oil and sprinkle with spices. Cut the lime into thin slices.
Add vegetables and lime slices to the chicken thighs. Optionally drizzle with cooking liquid.
Continue baking until chicken and vegetables are cooked through.
