INSTRUCTIONS

  • Divide the chicken legs into upper and lower legs and brush with oil. Sprinkle with a mixture of salt, paprika, pepper and rosemary needles.
  • Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 226°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes.
  • Peel and halve the potatoes and quarter the onions. Brush with oil and sprinkle with spices. Cut the lime into thin slices.
  • Add vegetables and lime slices to the chicken thighs. Optionally drizzle with cooking liquid.
  • Continue baking until chicken and vegetables are cooked through.
