  • 1.2  kg  Pork curry
  • 200  g  smoked cheese  , grated or sliced
  • 2  pieces of sausage
  • 4  small onions
  • 4  cloves of garlic
  • 1  pack of cooking cream
  • Ten

  • Noble sweet paprika powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation:

  • Grate the cheese or use sliced ​​cheese.
  • Pound the schnitzels.
  • Cut the sausage diagonally into slices.
  • Slice onions and garlic cloves.

Prepare schnitzel:

  • Brush the roasting pan with approx. 150 ml of oil.
  • Place the schnitzels in, salt, pepper and season with caraway and thyme.
  • Spread the schnitzels with mustard and top with slices of sausage.
  • Sprinkle or top with half of the cheese.

Add more layers:

  • Distribute the onions and garlic over the schnitzels.
  • Top with the rest of the cheese.

Bake:

  • Pour cooking cream over the whole thing and dust with paprika powder.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
  • Then remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 30 minutes at 180°C.
  • Add broth if necessary.

Serve:

  • Serve the schnitzels with rice or fried potatoes.
